Take a Hike for Humanity is a regional fundraiser for local Habitat for Humanity affiliates. Participants in this hike-a-thon hike up Mount Monadnock in Jaffrey, NH, and raise funds for the Greater Nashua Habitat for Humanity. The hike is about 3 miles on well-traveled trails over easy to moderate terrain.

The scenery from the mountain top is beautiful, and even more so when you are helping out a great cause. For those not up to hiking to the top of the mountain, alternative paths near the base of the mountain are available. All proceeds go to our next building project. For even more fun, form a team (up to ten members) to hike together. Recognition ceremonies are being held at noon Saturday. There is a silent auction each day where you can bid on items such as a tent from NEMO Equipment, Inc., restaurant gift certificates, and Nashua Pride tickets.
